Here are a few videos of my students singing. Most piano students also take voice lessons (or have a voice component to the lesson). I also invite siblings that are not taking piano lessons with me to join in on the singing if they'd like. It's a fun and wonderful way to be musical!

This student is singing "Tomorrow" from the musical Annie. This is after about two years of instruction. She is sight-reading the notes she's singing, is in key, and using her diaphragm. Video posted with parental permission without identifying tags.
This student is singing Mulan's "Reflection". This is after about three-four years of instruction. I'm encouraging her to "breathe" and use that diaphragm as she wavers a bit on the highest notes in the piece. Posted with parental permission and no identifying tags.
This student is singing Scarborough Fair after about two and a half years of instruction. She is 7 years old. Posted with parental permission with no identifying tags.
Sisters singing together during a class. "To the Sky" folk song. Posted with permission without tags or identifiers.
Brother and Sister singing "A Spoonful of Sugar". The little brother in this video is too young for lessons, but occasionally enjoyed joining in on singing some songs. Video posted with parental permission without identifying tags.
Posted with parental permission and no identifying tags. This student is singing "She's like the Swallow" after about a year and a half of instruction.
This student is learning to sing "Colors of the Wind" from Pocahontas. She just turned 6 and started taking singing and piano lessons just a few months ago. This little girl could barely whisper and had a really hard time staying in pitch when she started. So much progress!!
